The Customer wishes to employ the services of Aromatherapy Courses to provide online workshops ('Workshop/s'). By accepting the services the Customer (you, or the person authorised by you to attend the Workshop/s) agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement (the "Online Workshops T&Cs").
All right, title, and interest (including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights) in the Workshops belong to Aromatherapy Courses or its third party suppliers. You acquire no ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights or proprietary interest in the Course. You are prohibited from downloading, storing, reproducing, transmitting, displaying, printing, copying or distributing the Workshops.
We will do all we can to ensure that the Workshops take place on the advertised dates and times. Should it not be possible for any reason for the Workshops to take place then an alternative time and date will be arranged.
Should you need to cancel or change your booking you must do so 7 days before the date of the Workshops. Please email aromatherapycourses.co.uk to cancel or reschedule.
The Workshops are provided for reference purposes only and are not intended, nor should they be used, as a substitute for professional advice or judgment or to provide advice with respect to particular circumstances.
The Workshops are provided on an "as is", "as available" basis and Aromatherapy Courses make no express warranties under these Online Courses T&Cs, including without limitation that the Workshops are or will be complete or free from errors or that information will continue to be available from Aromatherapy Courses.
Aromatherapy Courses may by written notice terminate these Online Courses T&Cs or suspend its performance of all or any of its obligations under it on serving no less than12 hours' notice. Aromatherapy Courses' only obligation in this event shall be a refund of the Fee.

When you order one of our workshop kits alongside a workshop we’ll do our best to get the set processed and shipped out ahead of the course taking place.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

When you purchase with us whether it be a course or a kit to be used alongside the course we offer a refund period. Course cancellations must be declared within seven working days of the course start date in order to be valid and for you to receive a refund. Box kits must be cancelled before shipment and we are no longer liable for the item once dispatched.
